The owner, Joe Cracco and his work ethic and integrity give my husband and I the most satisfaction. When we first met with Joe he promised we would have a positive experience from the first meeting through the completion of the project. The beginning of previous renovation/building processes (the design and budget phase) has always been a tense and uncomfortable stage for us; usually one or the other component has not “seemed right” and often way “off base”. The Modern Yankee kitchen design included multiple detailed options and an extremely clear reliable budget that did not exceed our financial limitations. We left several conceptual design meetings feeling completely satisfied. Joe has delivered on his promise.
