We knew renovations would be extensive and we wanted to keep the original look and style of the house. You suggested ways to vent the roof and to use new construction materials that allowed us to do this without changing the appearance of the roof line. This was a highly creative and innovative way to get the project done correctly and it proves that you do a lot of research in your field and stay current with what materials are out there. Bravo!
We’ve worked with many tradesmen on this house and I don’t think we’ve experience anyone better than you. It came in on time and on budget, and from the outside one can’t tell that we have an addition on home because you did such a great job marrying it to the existing structure.
