I was concerned that problems would arise that Modern Yankee Builders wouldn’t be able to address. Any time you renovate an old house, things are going to come up. This project was no different. But Joe handled it well, and kept the project on schedule, which was important to me.
From my first meeting with Joe, I got a clear sense that he understood my vision and agreed with it. I can usually gather from my first meeting whether I will work well with my contractor. I knew that from talking with Joe – he got it. He is more expensive than other builders, but I am satisfied that I more than got my money’s worth.
