Walpole Phase 2: Basement Renovation

Phase 1 required re-working the street-facing half of this lakeside split level. This project (Phase 2) is the renovation of the walk-out basement with patio, yard, tennis court and lake access/views. We supported the house on temporary shoring while working below to remove the entire back wall to open up views from all rooms. The result is a Family Room that blurs the lines between indoors and out as well as a Master Suite w/ lake views.
